Refund Policy
1. Return cases
- The product did not arrive to the user’s account after payment due to a technical failure.
- An erroneous double payment or additional debit has occurred.
2. Irreversible cases
- The item was successfully issued to the user's account and there were no problems with the issue.
- The user received the digital product in full, and the request is only related to the refusal of the purchase after successful delivery.
3. Application deadline
Return requests are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
4. Application review period
The application is reviewed within 1 to 3 working days.
5. Actual return period
The actual refund is made within 3 to 10 business days after approval of the application, depending on the bank and payment system.
6. Return method
Refunds are made using the same method in which payment was made. When paying by credit card, the refund is made to the same card. Refunds are not made to other details or to third parties.
